We are open Wednesday - Saturday.  9.30am - 3pm

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are £4.95 for standard delivery and £6.95 for same day delivery.

CONTACTLESS DELIVERIES

Our delivery drivers are now operating contactless deliveries, your bouquet will not need signing for and will be left safely on the doorstep or in a specified safe place for your recipient.

WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS HOME?

If we deliver your order and the recipient isn’t at home, we first try a friendly neighbour to leave the flowers with until they return home. If no neighbours respond, we will leave a ‘sorry we missed you’ card through the letterbox for them to contact the shop to rearrange delivery/collection. 

FRESHNESS GUARENTEE

We guarantee the freshness of your flowers for 7 days from the date of delivery or your flowers. Certain flowers may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we will require photographic evidence sent to us to gain an accurate representation of your bouquet.
